Our Mission

Our mission is the cornerstone of our church's identity and purpose. We strive to "win souls" for Christ, guiding as many individuals as possible towards the promise of eternal life with Him. This mission manifests in several key areas:

Evangelism: We are committed to spreading the Gospel of Jesus Christ through various outreach programs and community events. By sharing His teachings, we hope to inspire faith and bring new believers into the fold.

Spiritual Growth: We provide numerous opportunities for spiritual education and development. Our Sunday school classes, Bible study groups, and prayer meetings are designed to deepen understanding of Scripture and strengthen personal faith.

Church Beginnings

For over 50 years, our church has stood as a beacon of faith, community, and love. Founded by devoted individuals including Rev J.E. Barnard, our first pastor, alongside Eugene & Louise Carter, our church began with a shared vision: to create a nurturing community centered around the Word of God.

Our journey began like many others, driven by the desire to foster a place where people could come together, grow spiritually, and support one another. Though our building has seen several renovations over the years to better serve our congregation, our commitment to our mission has never wavered. Today, we proudly remain the sole establishment of the Full Gospel Church, continually evolving to meet the needs of our community.

Despite our modest size, we are a close-knit community dedicated to personal growth and deepening our love for the Lord. Our recent expansions include a Sunday school, offering enriching programs for both children and adults who seek to learn more about Jesus Christ.

Our church is built on what was once a "pea patch," where the land's original owner cultivated and sold vegetables. This humble beginning reflects our roots in simplicity and dedication to growth.
